Church Reopening
Above All: Use Common Sense and Best Judgement
If you are feeling sick in any way or an at-risk individual: please stay home. We miss you, but please consider the safety of yourself and your Church Family. The sermons are still digitally streamed. We now stream the entire service, so the feed generally starts a few minutes before 10:30. If you miss the stream, it will still be available online afterward. If you have tithes or offerings to give, you can do that from home as well. Click the GIVE link at the top of the page for more information.
Face Masks
If you have not received your vaccination, it is still recommended by the CDC that you wear a face covering in an indoor setting. If you can maintain distancing once seated, you are free to remove it.
Minimize Contact
Please do not shake hands with each other! We know you haven’t seen each other face to face in a while, but stick with verbal greetings for now. We also ask that you don’t linger in the building after the service; hopefully the weather will be nice and you can socialize outside!
You will also see a few other changes in order to reduce the number of areas of shared contact.
The Offering will be collected in a large basket just inside the Sanctuary door instead of passing the offering plates. You can also give online.
A digital PDF copy can be accessed by the link at the top of our homepage. If you prefer paper there will be a few on a stand inside the Sanctuary door.
The pews are all open & available at this time - we felt that we could be better spaced at this time by opening them up. If you need to maintain a little more distance, we do have chairs available across the back of the Sanctuary. You can also feel free to use the rear classroom.
The water fountain and nursery service are still not available.
Keep Your Hands Clean
Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer is available on the Welcome Center if you do not have your own. Gloves are not necessary nor are they recommended due to the fact that they are seldom cleaned and increase risk of cross-contamination.
Sunday School & Gatherings
Sunday School has resumed with adaptations. We have combined some of the classes in order to make use of larger educational areas. There are two adult classes, a teen class, and a children’s class. Church gatherings such as dinners, Family Fellowship events, etc. are still on hold at this time.
